What data is collected

The quote form collects your name, email, phone number, the site's postcode, and whatever project details you provide (dimensions, preferred timing, message, optional photos).

What this data is used for

This information is used solely to review your quote request and get back to you about it — never for third-party marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Third-party form provider

This site's form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that relays requests to our email address (contact@newp.fr). FormSubmit only processes the data for the duration of the send — see FormSubmit's privacy policy.

Retention period

Quote requests are kept for 3 years from the last contact with you — the maximum period recommended by France's data protection authority (the CNIL) for prospecting data — then deleted. A different period may apply once a quote becomes a paying customer, to meet accounting and warranty obligations.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, and restrict the processing of your data, as well as a right to portability for the data you provided us. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@newp.fr. If you believe your rights are not being respected after contacting us, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, France's data protection authority.
