## What data is collected

The quote form collects your name, email, phone number, the site's postcode, and whatever project details you provide (dimensions, preferred timing, message, optional photos).

## What this data is used for

This information is used solely to review your quote request and get back to you about it — never for third-party marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

## Third-party form provider

This site's form is processed by [FormSubmit](https://formsubmit.co/) , a third-party service that relays requests to our email address (contact@newp.fr). FormSubmit only processes the data for the duration of the send — see [FormSubmit's privacy policy](https://formsubmit.co/privacy-policy) .

## Retention period

Quote requests are kept for 3 years from the last contact with you — the maximum period recommended by France's data protection authority (the CNIL) for prospecting data — then deleted. A different period may apply once a quote becomes a paying customer, to meet accounting and warranty obligations.

## Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, and restrict the processing of your data, as well as a right to portability for the data you provided us. If you believe your rights are not being respected after contacting us, you can lodge a complaint with the [CNIL](https://www.cnil.fr/fr/adresser-une-plainte) , France's data protection authority.
